This above ground, walk-out basement apartment has a private entrance; 10 foot ceilings, full kitchen, separate master bedroom, and second smaller bedroom and an enclosed garage.

This is a private separate apartment.  There are no shared areas in this unit.

This 1724 square foot unit is located in a quiet neighborhood with a  peaceful, secure setting looking out over a lush back yard.

French doors are the main entrance into this space from the outside (which also has a screen door) and lead into the apartment’s open concept combination family, kitchen and dining room space.  The family room has a gas fireplace.

The full kitchen features a stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, gas range, dishwasher, garbage disposal and pantry.  The light from the window over the kitchen sink, along with the french doors, and the 10 foot ceilings make this ground floor apartment light and airy.

Off of the kitchen is a lockable door that enters into the enclosed garage with a garage door.  Garage parking for one car is included.

The kitchen opens into a space that could be used as a dining room or living space.  This space has a small closet.
