We are a photographer studio in NOVA that does family pictures.

Ever After Portraits is a mother-daughter team who specialize in wedding photography — we are wedding photojournalist, who capture moments that tell the love story of our brides and grooms. We also do engagement photography, destination wedding photography, day after, trash the dress, family portraits, and lifestyle portrait sessions.

We had LOADS of fun with Chris and April at the beach!! Chris is hands down one of the wittiest, and just generally funny grooms we’ve met this year — he had April — and us — laughing through the whole session. This sure doesn’t feel like work when you have a pair like these two!

One the hardest parts of this job is — believe it or not — picking songs that showcase the couple. Everyone’s tastes are different — and we will admit, our tastes in music are slightly eclectic…;>}

But riding home in the car, Joriana and I knew right away the song that would represent the FUN this couple is going to have in life –Make her laugh just like Jim Carey….
