HOW LONG SHOULD I PLAN FOR HAIR AND MAKEUP TO TAKE?
Please allow 60 minutes if you are having hair and makeup done.
DO I HAVE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT - CAN'T I JUST WALK IN?
Appointments are required – we do not accept walk-ins.
DO I HAVE TO PAY IN ADVANCE TO SECURE MY SLOT?
Session fees must be paid up front to secure your session. If you “no show,” you will have to pay another session fee to reschedule.
HOW LONG DOES A HEADSHOT SESSION TAKE?
Some sessions take 30 minutes, and some take 3 hours. It’s up to you!
DURING THE SESSION, CAN I TAKE PHOTOS WITH MY IPHONE TO SHARE WITH MY FRIENDS?
Please do not. No cameras, including cell phone cameras, are allowed in the studio.
CAN I VIEW THE IMAGES ONLINE TO ORDER?
No. Your images are only available to view in the studio for the highest quality. We don’t do online viewing.
HOW SOON WILL I BE ABLE TO ORDER IMAGES?
You will be able to place your order immediately after the session.
WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?
Payment is due when your order is placed.
WILL THE ORDER HAVE TO BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE IT IS DELIVERED?
Yes. Orders will not be delivered until the order is paid in full.
HOW LONG WILL IT BE BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Once your order is placed, allow 7-10 weeks for your images to retouched and delivered.
