If we do not receive any communication from you within the stipulated time, we will understand that you are no longer seeking to fill this position and this offer will be canceled.
The Effective Date of this Contract/Agreement is the date it is SIGNED and SUBMITTED.
Outsourcer named above will provide Ever After, LLC (also known as Studio) with completed job assignments specific to his/her position.

For purposes of this Agreement, confidential information shall include all information or material that has or could have commercial value or other utility in the business in which Studio is engaged.
Confidentiality and data protection:
This is to ensure that private information about clients, employees, partners, products and processes and our company is well-protected.
Examples of confidential information are, but are not limited to:
Unpublished financial information
Data of customers/partners/vendors
Customer lists, contact information and billing information (existing and prospective)
Unpublished goals, forecasts and initiatives marked as confidential
Our marketing efforts and executions
Workflow and processes used to complete work
This agreement may be terminated within ______ days upon written notice by either party:

By signing this Agreement, you (Outsourcer) acknowledge that our working arrangement will be on an at-will basis.
Neither yourself nor the Studio has entered into a length-of-employment contract.
This means you are free to leave the Studio at any time, and the Studio has the right to terminate you at any time.
